PSP89-22PSP89-22 505, 510 HOWARD CT WORKMAN CENTER TO: Cyndie Goudeau, City Clerk CITY OF CLEARWATER Interdepartment Correspondence FROM: John D. Richter, Development Code Administrator SUBJECT: Simple Adjustment of the Final Site Plan for Workman Center Located West of South Fort Harrison Avenue at the West End of Howard Court (PSP 89-22). COPIES: See List Below DATE: ebruary-1, 199, The above referenced site plan was certified on December 7, 1989. The engineer for the applicant has discovered an error in dimensioning on pages Cl and C3 of pages Cl-C4 of the site plan which will not appreciably affect the site plan, which will still be in compliance with code requirements. The correction in dimensioning is as follows: 1. The 5.0' dimension between the west property line and the proposed edge of the pavement is being adjusted to a dimension of 3.0' (minimum buffer required). 2. The 55.0' building width dimension is being adjusted to a dimension of 57.0'. I am approving the modification as a simple adjustment subject to the conditions of the December 7, 1989 certified plan. Please certify these pages C1 and C3 and distribute for replacement of these pages in the certified plan package. JDR/SEG/df cc: James M. Richter, Development Code Administrator (1? SUBJECT: Simple Adjustment of the Final Site Plan for Workman Center, Located west of South Fort Harrison Avenue at the west end of Howard Court (PSP 89-22) COPIES: See List Below DATE: JUhe_ The above referenced site plan was certified on December 7, 1989 (amended plan certified on February 5, 1990). The applicant's engineer has submitted an amended site plan for the parking lot in front of. the building at the southwest comer of the site. The parking in front of the building has been changed from 90 degree to 60 degree as per the City's Traffic Engineer, the front drive now becomes a one-way drive, and a "DO NOT ENTER" sign has been placed on the plans in accordance with the one-way drive. The amended plan has been reviewed by the D.R.C. members and there are no objections or recommended changes to the proposal. The changes reduce parking by 8 spaces, the new total parking being provided on site is 115 which is still 21 spaces in excess of the 94 space code requirement. I am approving the modification as a simple adjustment to the site plan subject to the conditions of the December 7, 1989 certified plan.
