The fire hydrant must be shown on the site plan and location of the fire hydrant is subject to approval by the Fire Marshall. (The Fire Marshall finds the location of the fire hydrant shown on the site plan to be acceptable.) 2. A 10' drainage and utility easement must be provided across the ditch running along Grand Avenue prior to the issuance of the building permit. 3. Sidewalks must be installed along Grand Avenue, unless the applicant requests a waiver and the waiver is approved. (Required prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.) 4. Access to the building must be provided from the handicapped spaces and the spaces be located on site as required by law. --- ), 5. Ingress and egress easements and a 10' utility easement must be provided over the water mains, up to and including meters and hydrants prior to the isaVance of the building permit. 6. The dumpster must be relocated as required by the Sanitation Division. (The Utilities Dept. finds the dumpster location to be acceptable.) 7. The requisite initial building permit must be procured within six (6) months from the date of-certification of the final plan and all certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three years of the-date of certification of the final plan. The fire hydrant must be shown on the site plan and local` of thwo e hydrant is subject to approval by the Fire Marshall. (The hre Marshall finds the location of the fire hydrant shown on the site plan to be acceptable.) `_2. A 10' drainage and utility easement must be provided across the ditch running along Grand Avenue prior to the issuance of the building permit. 3. Sidewalks must be installed along Grand Avenue, unless the applicant requests a waiver and the waiver is approved.:(Required prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.) 4. Access to-the building must be provided from the handicapped spaces and the spaces be located on site as required by law. 5. Ingress and egress easements and a 10' utility easement must be provided over, the water mains, up to and including meters and hydrants prior to the isagance of the building permit. 6. The dumpster must be relocated as required`by the Sanitation Division. i (The.Utilities Dept, finds the dumpster'location.to be acceptable.) 7. The requisite initial building permit must be procured within six (6) months from the date of certification of the final plan and all certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three years of the date of certification of the final plan.
