Please be advised that the following preliminary site plan was
approved by the City Commission at its meeting of November 16,
1978.
1. Clearwater Harbor Yacht Basin Condominiums, lots
4 through 8, Columbia Subdivision #5, (Karay Et Al)
Condition: The south side of the property shown on
the preliminary plan as pool area remain open to
comply with the vista requirement.
It is appropriate at this time, that consideration of the
detailed construction plans for the above development proceed.
