The location of the buildings shown on the Construction Plans previously submitted to the City of Clearwater for- approval are identical to the location shown on the Pre- liminary Site Plan for the project approved by the Clear- water City Commission. 2. The building numbering system shown on the Construction Plans was revised from the numbering system shown on the approved Preliminary Site Plan. This was done in order to present a more logical numbering sequence and to have a numbering system that did not include the number 13. This site plan now shows the new building numbering system and it is my understanding that this revision to the site plan approved by the City Commission can be handled by the City Manager. I discussed this with Roy Ayres of the Clearwater Building Department on this date since he mentioned that he is holding up further processing of the building plans until the question of the numbering system is resolved. He said that he would continue to process the building plans after receiving a call from you indicating that the new numbering system would be sent to the City Manager for approval. Please note that I am sending Roy a copy of this letter as well as a print of the revised Preliminary Site Plan for his use. We would appreciate it if you would contact Roy at your earliest convenience so that he can continue processing the building plans. Thank you for your assistance with this revision and please let me know if any additional copies of the attached site plan will be required. Very truly yours, EM: mm cc: 1r. My recollection of our telephone conversation is that the numbering system may be changed and appended to the plan without any approval by the City Manager. I believe it is strictly a ministerial action within the authority of the Building Department that no change of substance to the plan is being-proposed and that it is not necessary to bother the City Manager with aminor plan change request.
