On September 8, 1983, the Resource Development Committee
recommended approval subject to conditions of the final site plan
for LaMaison, now called 2087 Edgewater.. The approval process
has been held up pending payment of the required open space and
recreation land fees. The fees have been paid and it is
appropriate to go forward with the approval process.
It is the RDC recommendation to you that the attached final site
plan be approved consistent with the design guidelines in the
ordinance subject to the following conditions:
1. The 32 inch high retaining wall along Edgewater Drive be
approved by the Public Work Director.
2. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured within
six (6) months from.the date of City Manager's approval of
the final site plan.and all requisite certificate(s) of
occupancy be procured within two (2) years from the date of
issuance of the initial building permit.
If you concur with this recommendation for approval, please
initial this memo and forward the ten attached copies of the
final site plan to the City Clerk for certification and
distribution.
