BAY QUEEN MOTEL
The site plan for the Addition to Bay Queen Motel (Bay
Queen Motel,.Inc.) was approved by the City Commission
on February 4, 1982 subject to the following conditions:
1. A 4-foot wide sidewalk for deliveries be
allowed;
2. One curb-cut be closed;
3. The requisite initial building permit(s)
be issued within six (6) months from the
date of City Commission approval of the
preliminary site plan and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be issued
within two (2) years from the date of
issuance of the initial building permit.
Attached are ten copies of the site plan for your certi-
fication and distribution.
