The developer has submitted'an amended site plan showing changes which include revised coverage calculations, a reduction of on-site sidewalks, a revision to location of detention, and the elimination of a driveway to the adjacent property. The changes have been reviewed by the members of the RDC who have no objection. I recommend we approve the modifications as a minor plan change with the following conditions to be carried forward on the site plan: 1. Final detention design be approved by the City Engineer.: 2. Approval of the identification sign and its location will.be through a separate permitting process. 3. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured no later than August 19, 1985 and all requisite certificate(s) of occupancy be procured within two (2) years from the date of issuance of the initial building permit. If you concur with this recommendation, please initial this memo and forward the eleven attached copies of the si plan to the City Clerk for certification and distribution.
