The City Con.on August 5, 1982 approved the revised
site plan for Coachman Plaza subject to the following
conditions:
1. Any change in the individual existing uses or-
allocation of floor area between retail and office
use from that shown on the plan shall be limited
to that which is consistent with the total number
of parking spaces.
2. As per the original condition of approval, the
requisite initial building permit(s) be issued no
later than December 17, 1982 and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be issued within two
(2) years from the date of issuance of the initial
building permit.
Attached are ten (10) copies of the site plan for your
certification and distribution.
