requir.Pr1_ Therefore, waiver was not necessary. After-
the-fact division of ownership of Village at Countryside
necessitated platting. I suggest no more CO's be issued

Block B, Replat of Mandalay Sub. subject to the
following condition:
The final plat be recorded no later than
February 2, 1985.
This memo should be attached to the preliminary plat
certified by the City Clerk on February 9, 1983 to
serve as notice of the extended time period to
February 2, 1985 to record the final plat.
