DATE: January 18, , 1989 The Development Review Committee at its meeting of December 22, 1988 approved the above described final site plan subject to conditions including the following: 1. An ingress/egress easement and a 10'foot utility easement over water mains up to and including meters, hydrants and detector checks must be provided prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2. Visually screened enclosures must be placed around existing and proposed dumpsters prior to the issuance of certificates of. occupancy. Gates ghall be provided with a minimum 12 foot clear opening to the front for access by Sanitation trucks. 3. The 10 foot drainage, utility and sidewalk easement is to be dedicated to the City of Clearwater prior to the issuance of a building permit. d. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the drainage and utility easement for the proposed 18" RCP outfall is to be provided to the City of Clearwater. 5. Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting processes. 6. Driveways to be removed shall include the removal of the pavement and curbing in the right-of-way. These areas shall be replaced with sod/landscaping and curbing along the street. 7. The previous site plan for Lifetime of Vacations will be voided with certification of this site plan.
