The Development Review Committee at its meeting of January 14, 1988
approved the above described preliminary plat subject to the following
conditions: (Reviewed by the City Commission on January 7, 1988)
1. An ingress/egress easement and a 10-foot utility easement must be
provided over the water mains up to and including meter and
hydrants and they must be provided to this site and adjacent
properties prior to recording the final plat. (See comment for
condition #2 regarding ingress/egress easement).
2. A cross parking agreement must be executed between the property
identified as Turner Professional Park and the property developed
with the Fortune Federal Savings. (The OR and page numbers for
the cross parking and ingress/egress easements are shown on the
plat).
