The developer is requesting that the time period be extended as per the attached letter. It is my recommendation that the final site plan for Sunus Business Center be revalidated subject to the following conditions: 1. Detention be adequate to the site, subject to the approval of the City Engineer. 2. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured-no plater than November 21, 1984 and all requisite certificate(s) of occupancy be procured within two(2) years from the date of issuance of the initial building permit. If you concur with this recommendation for revalidation, please initial this memo and forward it to the Planning Department for distribution to the proper departments.
