On March 6, 1989, we received a certified site plan and are now requesting a minor site plan change. The attached plans show two of the proposed buildings being enlarged. The 5,000 S.F. storage building was enlarged to 15,000 S.F. and is located on the west side of the site. The proposed storage building was expanded over proposed asphalt that was not part of any drive or required parking. The other building is the proposed office building at the east end of the site that was shown to be 4,200 S.F. on the certified site plan and is now proposed to be 6,300 S.F. The building was enlarged to the north by 30 ft. and this was done over a grassed area. The Committee requests the City Manager waive the screening of the dumpster on this site in response to the Commission policy that all dumpsters shall be screened.
