Interdepartment Corresi3ondence Sheet
A representative for the management company of Sunfish Bay
Condominium is requesting that the Residential Planned
Development site plan be amended to allow for the replacement of
a dock. The dock is proposed to extend approximately 52 1/2 feet
into Tampa Bay.
I recommend that we approve the request as a minor plan change.
If you concur, please initial this.memorandum and forward the
attached copies of the plan to the City Clerk so that she may
certify them as a valid record of change and distribute them to
the appropriate departments.
