Also enclosed is a check for $700.00, the Site Plan Review Fee and the executed Application For Site Plan Review. As previously discussed, we are requesting a variance or a code revision, to permit construction of a 6 foot wall within 1 foot ` of the property line along the west side (Landma.rk Drive), north side (Curlew Road) and east side which abuts the existing "Palm Gardens Health Care Center. We have shown the proposed wall on the plan and provided some positive comments in our Note 8. The cul-de-sac road is to be privately owned and. maintained, with a public utility easement for e.lectri,c, telephone, cable television, water and. sanitary sewer to be dedicated by the plat, as shown in the Median Road Section on the plan. There is to be card operated vehicular gates and key operated pedestrian gates at the entrance off Landmark Drive, as shown on the plan.
