Subsequently, on December 11, 1985 condition #3 on the certified plan was deleted (as the fees had been paid) and building permits for the total 207 units were authorized to be issued (after final ordinance readings of the rezoning and Land Use Plan amendment). The developer's engineer is now requesting that the plan be amended to slightly modify the building footprints and the location of one parking space, all in order to save additional trees on the site. Environmental Management and Traffic Engineering have reviewed the latest plan and have no problems with the simple adjustment to the plan. Therefore, please certify and distribute this site plan with all conditions, except #3, from the plan certified on September 6, 1985.
