SUBJECT:. Approval.and:Certification of Final Site Plan/Sun Harbor Condominiums

On October 7, 1982-the City Commission received the preliminary site plan
for Sun Harbor Condominiums, directed staff to.review a final site plan,
and authorized administrative approval of said plan. On January 13, 1983
the Resource Development Committee determined the final site plan to be
consistent with the design guidelines cited in the. Zoning Code and, sub-
sequently, recommended approval subject to a number of conditions. The
ten attached copies of the revised final site plan account for the con-
ditions imposed by the Committee and are in order for final disposition.
I re__ammend that you approve
following two conditions:
the revised final site plan subject to the
1. Tree removal and protection be coordinated with the City Forester
prior-to the issuance of a building permit; and
2. The requisite initial building permit be procured within six
(6) months from the date of the City Manager's approval of the.
final site plan-and all requisite certificates of occupancy be
procured within two (2) years from the date of issuance of said
permit.
