SUBJECT: Approval and Certification of Final Site Plan/Town Centre

On December 2, 1982, the Resource Development Committee
recommended approval of the final site plan for Town Centre
subject to conditions which have been satisfied or are reflected
in the fo1J.o-wirag.seCf1_mmPn ati n.
`It is the RDC recommendation to you that the attached final site
plan be a proved consis ent wits die d e s i n guidelines 1nM
or finance subject o he following conditions:
1. A 10-foot easement be gr'anted over the water main up to
and including the water meter
2. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured
within six (6) months from the date of City Manager's
approval of the final site plan and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be procured within two (2)
years from the date of issuance of the initial building
permit.
If you concur with this recommendation for approval, please
initial this memo and forward the ten attached copies of the
final site plan to the City Clerk for certification and
distribution. _
