The preliminary site plan for Druid Oaks (formerly called Ashley
Oaks) was approved by the City Commission on March 5, 1981 and
certified by the City Clerk-on March 16, 1981.
The developers are now requesting permission to provide carports
as delineated on the attached plans. The Traffic Engineering
Department and Fire Marshal have reviewed and approved the pro-
posed carport locations.
I recommend we a rove the re uested mod'fication as a minor plan
chap e. If you concur, please initial this memo and orwar t e
five a tached copies of the revised plan to the City Clerk so that
she may certify them as a valid record of change and distribute
them to the appropriate departments. Each department, in turn,
should attach the revised plan to the original certified plan.
