The applicant has submitted a request for a Simple Adjustment for the Bennett Auto Site Plan last certified on
November 20, 1992. The change to the site plan includes a carport. All previous conditions are carried forward.
New conditions are as follows:
1. The applicant shall obtain the requisite building permit within six months of the certification of this
site plan.
This amendment to the certified site plan is approved as a Simple Adjustment to the site plan for Bennett Auto, last
certified on November 20, 1993. Please certify the attached plans and distribute to those listed below.
