DATE: August 16, 1989
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of April 13, 1989 approved the
above described final site plan subject to the following conditions:
1. The fire hydrant shall be relocated as required by the Fire Marshal and
shown on the site plan as such prior to certification.
2. The existing number of seats (maximum capacity) and square footage of
assembly areas for the church must be provided on the site plan prior to
certification.
3. Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting
processes.
4. An ingress/egress easement and a 10 ft. utility easement must be provided
over water mains up to and including hydrants and meters prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
5. As the proposed dumpster location cannot be approved as shown, please
contact the Utilities Engineer to discuss a suitable location. An approved
location must be shown on the site plan prior to certification.
6. Prior to certification, copies of permit applications to DER and SWFWMD
are to be provided to the City of Clearwater Engineering Department.
7. Prior to certification, the site plan is to show existing and proposed
elevations for the proposed gymnasium area and adjacent 50 ft. along the
north and east property lines.
8. Prior to issuance of a building permit, copies of the approved DER and
SWFWMD permits are to be provided to the City of Clearwater Engineering
Department.
9. The requisite initial building permit must be procured within six (6)
months from the date of certification of the final site plan and the
requisite certificate of occupancy must be obtained within three (3) years
of date of certification of the final plan. J L y
