SUBJECT: Minor Plan Change for the Site Plan for Island Walk Condo. (specifically
changes to Phase IV) PSP 80-25
DATE: March 20, 1987
On August 25, 1983, the City Clerk certified a major amendment to the Master Plan for
Island Walk Condominiums. One of the conditions of approval required by the City
Commission was the following:
The transfer of property between Bay House Condominium and Island Walk
Condominium occur prior to the issuance of a building permit.
On August 8, 19869 the City Clerk last certified a revised final site plan for Island
Walk Condominiums.
On March 5, 1987, the City Commission approved the removal of the condition listed
above involving transfer of property between Bay House Condominium and Island Walk
Condominium.
The site plan for Island Walk Condominium has now been revised to incorporate the
property that was to have been transferred between Bay House Condominium and Island
Walk Condominium. Revisions to the site plan include a change in the layout of the
vehicular use area (parking lot and landscaping for parking lot) and a re-arrangement
of stairs and elevator locations on the building. Traffic Engineering, Engineering,
Planning, Utilities and Environmental Management have reviewed the revised plan and
have no objections.
Pursuant to the aforementioned reviews and approvals, I recommend approval of the
current requested modification as a minor tan change s ect to the required condi-
ons o approva , except or number , Listed on the revised master site plan
certified on May 25, 1983 and subject to the conditions of approval listed on the last
revised site plan for this phase of development certified on August 8, 1986.
If you concur with the recommendation, please initial this memo, attach it to the
'copies of the revised plan and forward them to the City Clerk for certification and
distribution.
