The above referenced site plan was ori 'ginally certified on October 26, 1988 and a simple adjustment approved
and certified on June 15, 1990. The applicant has submitted a minor amendment by a 1049 square foot addition
to the existing recreation building. The request was reviewed by the Development Review Committee and
approved subject to the previous conditions of the Certified Site Plan.
Please certify the enclosed Minor Site Plan Amendment and attach to the Certified Site Plan, dated June 15,
1990, for this development and distribute.

The above referenced site plan was certified on October 26, 1988. The applicant's building contractor has
submitted a revised plan for a 16 ft. x 42 ft. addition to the northwest corner of the maintenance/office building
over existing impervious area. The request has been reviewed by D.R.C. members and there are no objections
or recommended changes to the proposal. The addition is compliance with the City's Land Development
Code Regulations.
I am approving the modification as a simple adjustment to the site plan subject to the conditions of the October
26, 1988 certified plan.
Please certify the attached site plans subject to the conditions from the October 26, 1988 certified site plan for
this development. and distribute.
