SUBJECT: Minor Plan Change/Coachman Club Apartments
DATE: June 5, 1985
On September 6, 1984, you approved the final site plan for
Coachman Club Apartments subject to several conditions. During
construction of the project, several changes were authorized by
staff on the construction drawings which include relocation of
the dumpster, revision to the internal sidewalks, and adjustments
to the location of parking spaces and islands to save trees.
These changes are reflected on the attached plans.
Prior to issuance of a certificate
it is necessary that the site plan
as-built project. I recommend we
site plans as a minor plan change.
