SUBJECT: Minor Plan Change/Lighthouse Towers

The site plan for Lighthouse Towers was approved by the City
Commission on July 2, 1981 subject to conditions. The City Clerk
subsequently certified the site plan on July 13, 1981.
The Cheezem Land Corporation is now requesting that the site plan
be amended to decrease the width of the boardwalk located to the
rear of the property from ten feet to six feet.
I recommend we approve this modification as a minor plan change

dum and forward the ten attached copies of the revised
plan to the City Clerk so that she may certify them as a valid
record of change and distribute them to the appropriate
