Hereafter, three copies of each site plan approved by the City
Commission will be certified by the City Clerk, one copy will
remain on file in the City Clerk's office for official records,
one copy will be retained in the Planning Department and in
accordance with our policy, and one copy is being forwarded to
you.
Construction plans may be accepted for review and/or building
permits authorized onthe site plan described as follows:
Imperial Cove XIV approved subject to granting of 40-foot
easement on-U.-S. 19 and construction of
acceleration and deceleration lanes at
entranceway to Imperial Cove on ;U,:S, 19.
Site plan approval granted according to the following:
Planning and Zoning Board - 2-21-78
City Commission - 3--2 78
Approved and certified site plan is enclosed,
