This office represents Juanita Wilkinson, now Juanita Venegas,
of Alameda, California.
I enclose copies of two deeds to Lot 14, Block 11, Clearwater
Cemetery. The one dated June 17, 1953, gives title to Donald
E. and Juanita Wilkinson. The deed dated September 28, 1972
purportedly gives title to Donald E. Wilkinson. Kindly refer
this matter to the appropriate department and have them communi-
cate with me as to the reason for the second deed reflecting
title in the name of Donald E. Wilkinson solely.
