Enclosed is an affidavit regarding the remaining two spaces
of the five purchased by your mother in Clearwater Cemetery. As we
discussed yesterday you are the sole remaining heir of your mother
and you wish to assign the rights of these remaining two spaces;to
your nephew and his wife.
If you agree with the statements in the affidavit, please sign
it in front of a Notary Public and return it to this office with a
copy of your birth certificate. We already have a copy of the deed.
If you would like, we have notaries in this office and you could
come here to complete the documentation.
