Dear Mrs. Fritzinger:
Enclosed is a quit claim deed to be signed by your aunt,
C. Elizabeth Lovett, and the other owner of the property,
Vincent L. Stout. If your aunt is not able to sign the deed
we will need a copy of your Power of Attorney.
When the quit claim deed is signed by both owners and
witnessed in the presence of a notary, return it to us along
with the original cemetery deed. We will then have the quit
claim deed recorded at the Pinellas County courthouse.
If the other owner, Vincent Stout, is deceased we will
need a copy of his death certificate and whatever disposition
he wished to make of his claim to the property.
Upon receipt of the necessary papers we will handle the
matter as quickly as possible.

Dear Mrs. Fritzinjer:
Our records indicate the two spaces referred to in your letter
of March 7, 1984, were purchased in 1959 (Spaces C & D, Lot 11, Blk
12) at a cost of $73.00 per space for a total of $146.00. The
Clearwater City Code of Ordinances, Section 29.03(c), allows the City
to repurchase the lots at the original purchase price, less 15%
service or transfer charge. In this case the total amount offered
is $124.10.
We will handle all the details if you are interested in disposing
of the lots. The process normally takes only the amount of time for
the mail to oet back and forth.
