belonging or in anywise appertaining: To Have and to 140ld the same in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part do es covenant with the said part y of the
second part that she is lawfully seized of the said premises, that they are free from
all encumbrances and that she has good right and law-
ful authority to sell the same; and the said part y of the first part do es hereby, f ally warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

Dear Mr. Whitehead,
On December 21, 1959 I purchased spaces C & D, Lot 27, Block 12 in the
Clearwater Cemetery and in January 1961, I purchased spaces A & B, Lot
22, Block 12.
Spaces A & B were purchased for my parents but my father is now deceased
and desired to be buried in Indiana rather than Florida, so I now have no
use for these two spaces and would like to dispose of them.
I expect to be in Clearwater during the week of 24 April 1972. I understand
the bronze marker which was on my husband's grave is no longer there and I
wish to purchase a headstone for him. I have contacted the J. Orlando Co.
Inc., some time ago regarding this. Will you please advise me what the re-
strictions are for headstones. I would like a granite headstone, not too
large for the one grave. Also, I would like to know in which space my hus-
band was buried (C or D) so that I can give them this information. C-
Will you please advise if the City would be interested in purchasing the
spaces A & B and at what price. I should like to sell these lots and use
the money for the headstone and accomplish this while I am in Florida.
