We are sorry that this reply to your letter of
Novemter 16th has been delayed so long. However,
re-pochase of Space D, Lot 96, Block 12, Clearwater
Cemet*y, has been approved in accordance with a
resolxtion adopted by the City Commission which states
that tihe City may repurchase spaces at original price
less 10% service or transfer charge which in your case
would ;be $65.70.

We are enclosing two copies of a deed to be completed by
you it this meets with your approval. Please be sure the
deed is dated, signed by both you and your husband, have two
witnesses for your signature and notarized as required.
Please return the original and you may keep the copy for
your ftles if you so desire. Upon receipt of the deed
propeply completed, the City will immediately mail you a
check In the amount of $65.70.
