deceased, and the present owner of cemetery property described as Block 7, Lot 114, Spaces 1,
2,3&4.
Please take this letter as your authority to transfer interment rights to Sally Sloan for Block 7,
Lot 114 spaces 1 & 2.
1, further agree to release, indemnify and hold the City of Clearwater harmless from liability in
the event of any claim arising from the use of the above described property for the interments
made at the request of the above.
