Made this day of , 20 /d by the CITY OF
CLEARWATER FLORIDA, a Municipa orporati of the State of Florida, whose mailing
address is P. O. Box 4748, Clearwater, orida 33758-4748, hereinafter called the "Grantor', to
SILVER DOLLAR SHOOTERS RESORT, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, whose
mailing address is Two North Riverside Plaza, Suite 800, Chicago, Illinois 60606 hereinafter called
the "Grantee":
(Whenever used herein the term "grantor' and "grantee" include all the parties to this Instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of
individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)
Witnesseth, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of $10.00 and other valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged; hereby grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all of the
following parcel of real property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, viz:
Part of the Southeast '/4 of Section 19, Township 27 South, Range 17 East,
Hillsborough County, Florida, said part being more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 19, then S89°24'37" West,
1479.66 feet along the South Boundary of the aforesaid Southeast'/4 of Section
19 to the Point of Beginning; thence continue S89°24'37" West, 300.00 feet along
the South Boundary of the aforesaid Southeast '/4; thence N00°01'00" East,
2638.35 feet; thence N89°24'37" East, 300.00 feet; thence S00°01'00" West,
2639,35 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 18.18 acres, more or less.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or
in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold, the same in fee simple forever.
Subject to nondelinquent ad valorem taxes and current installments of special
assessments not yet due and payable, if any; and to highways, rights-of-way, licenses, easements
and restrictions of record generally, zoning ordinances and other governmental limitations.
And the said Grantor does specifically warrant the title to said land and will defend the
same against the lawful claim of all persons claiming by, through or under Grantor except taxes
for the year 2010 and subsequent, and subject to the matters hereinabove mentioned.
