THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the ;l..{'-rll-- day of

a corpor~tion existing under the laws of Florida, and having its
principal place of business at Clearwater, Florida, hereinafter
called the grantor, to CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, whose postoffice address is P.O. Box 4748, Clearwater,
Florida 33518, hereinafter called the grantee;
WARRANTY DEED
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this instrument
and the successors and assigns of the corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all
