34618, of the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as Grantee;
WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
00/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to said grantor in hand paid
by grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, and sells to said
grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and
being in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
The west 30 feet of the following described property.
A portion of the northwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of section 33, township 28 south, range 16 east,
Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of said northwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of section 33, the
same being the northwest corner of Shady Oak Farms as shown on the plat recorded in Plat Book
80, pages 95 and 96, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Thence north 00 degrees
01'46" east along the westerly boundary of said northwest 1/4 of section 33, 501.19 feet to the poin1
of beginning. Thence departing said westerly boundary heading south 89 degrees 30'48" east,
625.02 feet; thence south 00 degrees 01' 46" west, 505.47 feet; thence north 89 degrees 51' 15"
west, 625.00 feet; thence north 00 degrees 01' 46" east, 509.19 feet, to the point of beginning.
