WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this ;23 day of June, A.D.
1975 between Order of AHEPA Supreme Lodge, a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, having its
principal place of business in the District of Columbia,
party of first part, and
Florida.
CITY OF CLEARWATER, ~munlclpal corporation, whose
address is: PO Box 4748, Clearwater,
of the Coun~y of Pinel1as and State of Florida, party of the
second part,

That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of -----TEN ($lO.OO)-------DOLLARS,
to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
and sold to the said party of the second part forever, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in the County
of Pinellas, State of Florida, ot wit:
Commence at the N.E. corner of the N.W. 1/4
of Section 32, Township 28 South, Range 16
East and go S. 89037158" W., 69.75 feet, along
the North boundary of the aforementioned Section
32, to the P.O.B.; thence S. 00000129" W.,
399.16 feet; thence S. 89037158" W., 805.97
feet; thence N. 00022103" E., 399.18 feet;
thence N. 89037158" E., 803.46 feet along
the north boundary of the aforementioned

And the said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
