PINELLAS COUNTY (2) vA - -2 , NO ~ " -) . I 4#-J ~~ BCC - 12/8/81 9:40 a.m. Vaugh an #22 CORRECTIVE DEED FOR REAL PROPERTY IN CHAUTAUQUA SUBDIVISION ORIGINALLY CONVEYED TO CITY OF CLEARWATER IN 1977 - APPROVED FOR EXECUTION County Administrator Fred E. Marquis recommended execution of a corrective deed for real property in Chautauque Subdivision. He indicated in his memorandum of November 23, 1981, in part, that in August, 1977, the County deeded the subject property to the City of Clearwater in exchange for property on Sand Key which was subsequently and deeded to the Coast Guard;/that the original deed contained the closest legal description possible at the time, but a completely accurate description is now necessary in order to delineate and describe adjoining county-owned land which the County has contracted to exchange. Commissioner Cazares moved, seconded by Commissioner Rainey and carried, that the recommendation of the County Administrator be approved. -..-.- -. ...... -..- ----..- ....-..-- -...."
