QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of September
A.D. 1984, between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, party of the first part, a~d PREMIER PROPERTIES, INC.,
a Florida corporation, of the County of pinellas and State of Florida,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hath remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these presents doth
remise, release and quitclaim unto the said party of the second part,
and its successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the first part hath in and
to the following described parcel of land, situate, lying and being

A 60 foot easement being further described as follows:
Commence at the SW corner of Section 32, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, and run
S 89046'14" E, 120.00 feet to a point on the easterly
right-of-way of U.S. Highway 19 North as recorded in
O.R. Book 4400, page 17~1, Public Records of pinellas
County, Florida; thence along said easterly right-of-way
N 01015'25" W, 574.19 feet to a point; thence continue
N 01015'25" W, 150.03 feet to the P.O.B.; thence continue
N 01015'25" W, 60.02 feet; thence S 89046'14" E, 380.78
feet; thence bya curve to the right having a radius of
180.00 feet, a central angle of 27030'00", a chord bearing
S 76001 '14" E, 85.57 feet, an arc distance of 86.39 feet;
thence S 62016'14" E, 421.22 feet; thence by a curve to
the left having a radius of 220.00 feet, a central angle
of 27030'58", a chord bearing S 76001'43" E, 104.64 feet,
an arc distance of 105.65 feet; thence S 89047'12" E,
262.54 feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way line
of First Street East as shown on Section A, Unit No.5,
Chautauqua as recorded in Plat Book 18, page 61, Public
Records of pinellas County, Florida; thence S 00001 'OS" E,
60.00 feet; thence N 89047' 12" W, 262.78 feet; thence by a
curve to the right having a radius of 280.00 feet, a central
angle of 27030'58", a chord bearing of N 76001 '43" W, 133.18
feet, an arc distance of 134.47 feet; thence N 62016'14" W,
421.22 feet; thence by a curve to the left having a radius
of 120.00 feet, a central angle of 27030'00", a chord bearing
N 76001 '14" W, 57.05 feet, an arc distance of 57.60 feet;
thence N 89046'14" W, 379.22 feet to the P.O.B.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever
of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the
second part, its heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City
Clerk, countersigned by its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to
form and correctness by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal
to be hereunto attached, the day and year first above written.
