THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 10th day

corporation, hereinafter called "Purchaser";

covenants herein contalned, and other valuable considerations
passing between the parties hereto, the Sellers agree to sel I

stal led by the City of Clearwater on said premises.
(3) Possession will be given at the time of closing,
