KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That whereas the
Esselstyn Investment Co., a Florida corporation, caused to be
recorded a map or plat on the 15th day 0.:' ..July, A.~. 1935,
of certain lands located in the City of Clearwater, County of
Pinellas and State of Florida, known as a Replat of Lot 1,
Block 54; Lot 7, Block 40 and the (Yacht Club) Block 53 all in
Mandalay, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 34, Pinellas County
records, and
WHEREAS said plat herein referred to contained a
Dedication dedicating to the perpetual use of the public in
general all streets and avenues shovnl on said plat, and
\ffiEREAS said plat shows the street known as Bay
Esplanade running North and South and being seventy (70) feet
in width East and West adjoining and abutting that certain lot
nUlY.bered 4 and also shown as Yacht Club, and
\ffiEREAS, John A. Taylor and Elizabeth F. Taylor are
the owners of said lot and have requested the City Commission of
the City of Clear'\,'later to disclaim ownership or right, tjtle and
interest in and to said lot, and
vlHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
upon motion and resolution duly passed by the City of Clearwater
at a Regular Meeting of the said Commissioners of said City held
on the
19tWay of ~~y, A.D. 1952, passed a motion and resolution

any right, title and interest in and to said lot, excepting, however,
the perpetual use of that certain street shown on said map or plat

WITNESSETH, therefore, the City of Clearwater by and
through its r:Iayor Conunissioner and its City Clerk does by these
presents disclaim any right, title and interest in and to that
certain property kno~~ as Yacht Club Lot 4 according to a replat
of Lot 1, Block 54; Lot 7, Block 40 and the Yacht Club Block 53
all in Mandalay, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 34 of the
public records of Pinellas County, Florida, said plat being
recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 9 of the public reco~ds of Pinel1as
County, Florida.

this Disclaimer to be executed this 2nd day of July, A. D. 1952,
