QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 20th day of September
A. D. 1983, between the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, party of the first part, and the STATE OF FLORIDA, for the
benefit and use of the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANS-
PORTATION, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath remised,
released and quitclaimed, and by these presents doth remise, release and
quitclaim unto the said party of the second part, and its successors and
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
said party of the first part hath in and to the following described parcels of
land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The East 40 feet of the following described tract:

This conveyance is made subject to the understanding that the
State of Florida Department of Transportation will bear all expense
required for movement of inplace utility lines.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the said party of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part, its heirs and assigns forever.
