S 11016'30" E, 25.09 feet; thence S 59031'38" W, 335.01 feet to a point on the
West line of aforementioned Section 31; thence N 00032'36" W, along said line,
467:.17 feet to the P. O. B.; LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the foregoing
to ~hich the City of Clearwater acquired title by instrument recorded in 0.. R.
