That part of
the North 1012.54 feet of Section 30, Township 29 South, Range 15
East, Pinellas County, Florida, lying within 50 feet either side of
the centerline of the South Approach to the Clearwater Pass Bridge,
said centerline being described and located as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Section 30, Township 29 South,
__Range 15 East (the Southeast corner of Sectton 19, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East), run thence North 89004'07" West 2293.45 feet along
the North boundary of said Section 30, thence South 31058'20" West
573.24 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Southeasterly,
having a radius of 1883.71 feet, thence run Southwesterly along said
curve 564.53 feet through a Central Angle of 17010'16" to the end of
curve, thence South 14048'04" West 134.40 feet to the Point of Beginning
of said centerline of the South Approach to the Clearwater Pass Bridge,
said Point of Beginning being Station -1+34. 45 on said center line and
