Dear Mr. Whitehead:
We have made a deligent search and inquiry of our files as to
the Quit Claim Deed from Benton & Co., Inc. TO The City of
Clearwater recorded September 22, 197~ in O. R. Book 3883,
Page 607, which was the subject matter of your letter dated
September I, 1977.
We regret to advise, however, that our files do not reflect the
disposition or whereabouts of the Quit Claim Deed. It is
possible that the deed was forwarded to Benton & Co'. ,Inc. and
we suggest you contact same. We notice that your letter re-
quests O. R. Book 3813, Page 607, we have found the correct
O. R. Book 38~3, Page 607.
If you cannot locate the deed, may I suggest obtaining a certified
copy from the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
If you have any further questions, please advise.
