THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 17th day of
April , A. D. 1974, by U. S. HOME OF FLORIDA, INC.,
a corporation existing under the laws of Florida, and having its principal
place of bus ines s at Clearwater, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
whose post office address is P. O. Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33518,

208. 00 feet of and parallel to the Western Boundary of the Southwest
Quarter(S. W. 1/4) of Section 29, Township 28 South, Range 16 East,
as recorded by Instrument No. 993727 A, Parcel D, in O. R. 1518,
on Page 92, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This Deed is given for right-of-way purposes for Countryside
Boulevard.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it is
lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful
authority to sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully warrants the
title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to
be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its
