THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 1st

a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida

hereinafter called the grantor, to
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $1. 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate
in Pinellas County, Florida, viz:
A right-of-way, located in Section 29, Township 28 South, Range
16 East; of 80.00 feet in width; 40.00 feet each side of a center
commencing at the Southeasterly right-of-way line of Countryside
Boulevard and terminating lQ40. 00 feet Southeasterly of.said
Southeasterly right-of-way line of Countryside Boulevard, said
centerline being des cribed more particularly as follows:
Commence at the center of Section 29, Township 28 South, Range
16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence proceed S 890 39'44" W
along the South line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 29, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, 1157.05 feet; thence S 0020'16" E, 154.60
feet to a point of curvature of a circular curve concave to the
South~ast; thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve. having
a radius of 300.00 feet through a central, angle of 33029156", 175.40
feet to a point bearing S 56050120" E from the center of said curve;
thence continue S 56050'20" E, 60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning
of said centerline; thence contiriue S 560 50120" E, 629.85 feet to a
point of curvature of a circular curve concave to the Northeast
