WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this ;r~3 day of June, A.D.
1975 between Order of AHEPA Supreme Lodge, a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, having its
principal place of business in the District of Columbia,
party of first party, and
Floripa.
CITY OF CLEARWATER, a/munlclpal corporation, whose
address is: PO Box 4748, Clearwater,
of the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, party of the

,That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of ------TEN ($lO.OO)-------DOLLARS,
to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
and sold to the said party of the second part forever, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in the County
of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Begin at the N.W. corner of S.E. 1/4 of
Section 29, Township 28 South, Range 16 East
and go N. 89038' 22" E., 800.00 feet, along
the north boundary of the S.E. 1/4 of said
Section 29; thence S. 00002'03" W., 50.00
feet; thence S. 89038'22" W., 800.00 feet,
along a line 50.00 feet south of and parallel
to the north boundary of the S.E. 1/4 of the
aforementioned Section 29 to a point on the
west boundary of said S.E. 1/4; thence N.
