Township 28 South, Range 16 East, and a portion of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 21, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas
County, Florida.
Being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at a nail and cap marking the Northeast corner of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 in section 28, Township 28
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence South
00017'52" West along the East line of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of said section 28, a distance of 1335.74 feet to a
nail with a brass disc marking the Southeast corner of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said section 28; thence North
45038'50" East, 1465.33 feet along the centerline of survey of
State Road 580; thence North 44021'10" West, 61.00 feet to a point
North of the existing Northerly right-of-way line of State Road 580
and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 44021'10" West, 145.00

feet to a point on a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of

Department of Transporation will not use or allow the use of the property for

Transportation fail to abide by all rules and regulations of the Florida
Department of Environmental Regulation, or other regulatory authority with
appropriate jurisdiction, relating to the operation and maintenance of the
facilities, title to the property will revert back to the city of Clearwater
as if it had never been conveyed.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining; and every right, title or
interest, legal or equitable, of the said party of the first part of, in and
to the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
