QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, made this ~~ day of , 1993, by
the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal co hereinafter
ca lled the grantor, to STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF TRA PORT nON, whose post
office address is 11201 North Malcolm McKinley Drive, Tampa, Florida 33612,
hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid by the grantee,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath remised, released and quitclaimed,
and by these presents doth remise, release and quitclaim to the grantee, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the grantor has in and to all that
certain land situate in Pinellas County, Florida, legally described on Exhibit
A attached hereto, SUBJECT TO a drainage and utility easement, which the grantor
hereby retains.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the grantor, either in law or
equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the grantee forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has caused these presents to be executed
in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper
officers thereunto duly authorized, the day and year first above written.

Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 28,
Township 28 South, Range 16 East, and go S 89039115" E, 26.98 feet
along the North boundary of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 28, to a
point on a curve that is 50.00 feet Southerly of and parallel to the
centerline of State Road 580, the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
S 89039115" E, 412.97 feet, along the North boundary of the
Southwest 1/4 of said Section 28, to a point on the Southwesterly
extension of the Westerly right-of-way line of Daniel Street, as
shown on the Plat of Acker1s Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book
30, Page 91, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida;
