WITNESSE TH:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by
said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold, conveyed and confirmed unto the said party of the second part, and to
its successors and assigns forever, all the following piece, parcel, lot or
tract of land situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas and State of

line of said Section. 50. 00 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence
continue S 89030'25" E, along said line, 1197.20 feet to the West
right-of-way line of McMullen-Booth Road (County Road #31),
said line being 100.00 feet west of and parallel with the centerline
of said road; Thence S 0001811011 W, along said line. 1295.30 feet;
Thence S 45038'0211 W, 58.30 feet; Thence S 89033'4911 E, 56.58
feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of State Road #580, said

ac-cording to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30,

S 45027110" W, along said line, 1635.66 feet to a point of curve;
Thence 62.22 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, radius 417.46
feet. chord S 49043'03" W, 62.16 feet to an intersection with a
line parallel with and 50.00 feet East of the West line of said Section;
Thence N 00010143" E, along said line. 2534.40 feet to the above-
mentioned Point of Beginning. Containing 53.385 Acres More or Less.
The Grantor conveys the above-described property to the Grantee with the
express condition that the Grantee shall within one year hereof construct a
school thereon. In the event that such school is not constructed, then the
property shall be reconveyed to the Grantor herein and the Grantor shall return
all consideration paid for such property, both real and personal, to the Grantee.

the Countryside High School site was completed on June 9, 1978.

Warranty Deed from The School Board to the City
of Clearwater dated June 7, 1978, together with
check for $3, 844.60 to COver documentary stamps
and recording. This Deed should be recorded
immediately.
Copy of Deed of Conveyance from the City to the
School Board, dated June 7, 1978.
Commitment for property deeded to City #265564 of
Lawyers I Title Guaranty Fund in the amount of $225,000
Commitment for property deeded to City #265563 of
Lawyers I Title Guaranty Fund in the amount of $535,000
